I am a licensed professional counselor and licensed marriage and family therapist in the state of Oregon. My license numbers are: C2739 and T0921. I received my Master's in Education with an emphasis in Couples and Family Therapy from the University of Oregon and have been working with individuals, couples and families for over 10 years.

My passion for working with individuals and families grew when I served as a Jesuit Volunteer Corp member working with at-risk youth and their families post-college and have since then worked in outpatient, residential, sub acute and partial hospital settings serving individuals and their families utilizing therapeutic, evidence-based treatment modalities.

I have a specific training in family systems theory and seek to understand both the individual person and the people and communities they feel connected to as it relates to their healing process.

When not in my office, you can often find me spending time with my husband, our 3 children and our dog (mostly at the park having fun and getting muddy), gardening, traveling and going on non-rainy runs.
